Electronic Loyalty System
Clients:

Clients' Request:
To create an affordable, customized, and easy to use loyalty
administrating system that would allow a group of independent
retailers to offer an electronic loyalty program.
KLN's Contribution:
Conceptual design, software engineering, systems integration, individual customization, system installation and customer training.
Outcome:
Commonly known technology (PCs, transaction terminals, and
phone lines) were used and integrated through software to
easily collect sales data at each participating retailer.
During the night the data automatically uploads over a phone
line to a communications and database host computer, to
process the sales and account data. A number of systems,
each slightly customized, have been sold worldwide, including one to Capitol, an elegant shopping centre in Istanbul, Turkey.
A Canadian shopping center won the International Council of
Shopping Centers' "MAXI" Award in marketing excellence for
its loyalty program administered with this system.
